There’s an old saying in Chinese: If something is yours by destiny it will always belong to you, if not,then even you ask for exaction is also useless. I will always think of this proverb every time I talk to this Thailand customer. It took nearly five months from we get their inquiry on Alibaba to place order for our PLD800 concrete batching machine.

After the customer informed his basic requirements, I sent the quotation sheet to his email as soon as possible. However, the customer did not reply all the time after three emails communication. So I've been thinking about what I didn't do well. While he replied my email when i was about to give up after three months. In the following time, we communicated very well. The customer ordered our batching machine in September. Although the amount is not very big, it is a good start for our cooperation in the future. We always believe that quality first, customer first, we will last long in the business war.
