I received WhatsApp message from my Chile customer on 8th,April. He speak Spanish. So in order to our efficient communication, I translated English into Spanish by Google Translate.

At first, He sent me detailed configuration of electric concrete mixer JZC500 directly. We have this type mixer, then I asked him the mixer he want is hydraulic type or steel rope type. After my confirmation we discussed warranty time, payment item and other items. Next day he asked me whether I can send him official Quotation with CIF price and Proforma Invoice. He need to submit the document to his bank to finish payment.

Finally he paid quickly, then I arranged to produce hydraulic concrete mixer. Due to many orders in our factory, the delivery time is extended about one week. My factory manager gave him some spare parts for free.

We have a great cooperation. Now the mixer is working well. In the end of this year, he will purchase hydraulic mixer JZC750. We have established long-term business relationships.
