Both the JZC series concrete mixer and the JZM series concrete mixer belong to the drum type concrete mixer. Both of them rotate clockwise during mixing and anti-clockwise during discharging. But they are essentially different.

1.Different drive mode.

JZC concrete mixer is driven by gears. There is a ring of gear on the outside of the mixing drum, and a pinion is installed on the other end of the motor. Under the rotation of the motor, the pinion drives the big gear, which makes the mixing drum rotate continuously.

JZM concrete mixer adopts rubber roller friction drive. It has the advantages of low noise, stable operation, convenient operation and movement, good mixing quality and high production efficiency, especially suitable for construction in urban residential area.

2.Different hoisting motor.

JZC concrete mixer is a self-falling concrete mixer. The drum is driven by the gear. The drum and hopper of JZC concrete mixer share one motor.

In order to ensure the efficiency and quality of feeding, the hopper of JZM concrete mixer has a separate motor, which can guarantee the speed of feeding.

3. Different thickness of the mixing drum.

Compared with JZC concrete mixer, the mixing drum wall of JZM series is thicker. In the construction industry, it is generally default that JZM is an enlarged and thickened version of the JZC series.
